You get back what a procurement reviewer will object to, each finding with the reason they care and the change that answers it. It reads the document only, and it is free.

Your conformance report, as a PDF or a Word file. It is read, the report is produced, and the file is discarded. If you have the Word (.docx) it was written in, upload that one: the row-level checks read real Word tables, and a PDF does not carry them.
